Shipping policy
1. Shipping Time
We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days after confirmation. During special promotions or peak seasons, processing time may be longer, and we will notify you via email before shipment.
Note: No shipments are made on weekends or public holidays.
2. Delivery Areas and Times
We currently ship to the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada only:
- U.S. Domestic (contiguous): Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
- Canada: Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days.
Delivery times may vary due to location, courier schedules, or weather conditions.
3. Shipping Costs
- Free shipping for orders over $50 within the U.S. (Standard Shipping).
- Free shipping for orders over $75 to Canada (Standard Shipping).
- For orders below the free shipping threshold, shipping fees will be calculated based on destination and weight at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a tracking link. You can track your package via our website or the courier's website.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
- Lost Packages: If your package does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact our customer service team for assistance with claims or reshipment.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos as proof.
- Delays: Delays caused by weather, customs, or other uncontrollable factors are not our responsibility, but we will coordinate with the courier for a resolution.
